We're building the AI work environment for oil and gas. Small team, Houston-based, shipping into real operator environments.
We're hiring on our developer and platform teams. This isn't an application and there's no specific req attached. If the work sounds like yours, tell us who you are and we'll reach out when there's a fit.
What we care about: strong Python, real systems-design instincts, and people who've shipped something end to end and actually finished it. Levels range from junior through senior.
One thing that's non-negotiable
Agentic coding is how we build. Claude Code or an equivalent, as your daily driver, today. Roughly half the commits in our codebase are agent-co-authored. We're not looking for people who want to learn it here. Expect to walk us through your setup and to pair with us live.
